For any return or exchange please:
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Complete the 'return or exchange' form sent to you
- Send the completed form and the item back to:

Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products so we carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Please inspect your order on receipt and notify us of any fault or damage as soon as possible. Once we have received your damaged or faulty goods we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Change of Mind
While we hope you're happy with your purchase, sometimes it might not look right in its new home so its no problem to exchange it for something else of the same value. If the product you want to exchange it for is of greater value we can send you an invoice for the difference. Please note that we don't offer refunds if you change your mind.
Please ensure you choose a trackable delivery method for your return, Bonnie and Neil will not be accountable for any lost or stolen packages.
Extended Christmas Returns
We are extending our returns window this year to allow for shipping delays and change of mind. All orders placed for Christmas during December have an extended returns period until the 14th of January.
If you would like to return an item you purchased in December, please ensure it is returned to our studio by the 14th of January.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we have created specific product care guidelines. Following these guidelines will ensure the longevity of your chosen items!
Please note we do not recommend washing any of our products in top loader washing machines. If you have a top loader we suggest washing our products by hand instead.
