Emiko Davies is a very busy and very talented food writer, photographer and the author of several award-winning cookbooks. Based in Tuscany with her Italian husband and their children, we are absolutely obsessed with watching the inspiring day-to-day life she shares on her social media. We managed to spend some time chatting with Emiko and in celebration of our latest Florence collection, she has shared her recipe for a most delicious Florentine winter dish, using a gorgeous selection of products in her kitchen.
