Social Media and Content Creator

We're searching for a Social Media & Content Creator who can translate the world of Bonnie and Neil into compelling, story-driven content. This role is ideal for someone who loves being hands-on, creating content, spotting opportunities, planning shoots and sharing the creativity behind our brand in thoughtful, impactful ways.

Key responsibilities:

1. Content & Social Media

• Develop and deliver a social content plan across Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Capture and create high-quality content, including photography, video, behind-the-scenes studio moments, campaign snippets and product storytelling.
• Plan and schedule posts with a strong eye for aesthetics, narrative flow and brand direction.
• Monitor performance, track results and deliver insights that help us refine and grow.

2. Community & Partnerships

• Build and maintain relationships with creators, influencers and aligned brands.
• Coordinate outreach, gifting, and collaborative opportunities.
• Engage with our audience in a warm and thoughtful way that reflects the Bonnie and Neil values.

3. Marketing Support

• Assist with creating and preparing assets for paid social when required.
• Support with photography and video needs across campaigns and product launches.
• Help with event coordination and studio activities (shoot days, pop-ups, launches).
• Assist across broader marketing tasks led by the GM or Marketing Manager.

About you

• Experience creating content for social media (2+ years preferred).
• Strong creative and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Figma or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite and Klaviyo is a bonus.
• Strong grasp of editing tools (in-platform and apps like CapCut).
• Confident writing captions with a warm, brand-aligned tone.
• Ability to analyse content performance and pull out actionable insights.
• Highly organised, reliable and detail-oriented.
• Australian work rights are required for this position.
