Marketing Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant to join our team.  This is a part time role for three days per week (Tuesday to Thursday).

The successful candidate will:

  • Have at least 2 years previous experience in marketing or communications in a small business/office environment
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Have creative flair and an eye for detail
  • Work well both autonomously and in a small team 
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude
  • Be self-motivated and a good problem solver
  • Be adaptable and able work on a variety of tasks
  • Be a tidy worker, punctual and reliable

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, key tasks for this role include:

  • Sourcing, curating, creating and planning content for our social media channels
  • Planning, monitoring and reporting on social media campaigns
  • Planning, creating content for and monitoring our email marketing campaigns 
  • Content and inventory management for the Bonnie and Neil online store
  • Project management for the delivery of seasonal catalogues and marketing material
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager and Creative Director with projects as required including seasonal photo shoots, trade shows and brand collaborations
  • General administrative duties (ordering POS and marketing material, responding to general business enquiries)

Experience working with instagram/Facebook, Photoshop, Mailchimp and Shopify is highly desirable.

Warehouse Store Person/Stock Controller

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Store Person/Stock Controller to join our team.  This is a full time role (Monday to Friday) with an early finish on Fridays. 

The successful candidate will: 

  • Have at least two years previous experience in inventory management or warehousing
  • Work well independently but also part of a small team environment
  • Be organised, adaptable and able to think on their feet within a changing work environment
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Be computer literate (experience with Asana is desired but not essential)
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude
  • Be reliable and punctual
  • Have a full drivers and forklift license

 Reporting to the Creative Director, key tasks for this role include:

  • Receiving and organising inwards goods including unpacking shipping containers and unloading pallets
  • Reviewing inwards goods for quality control to maintain a high standard of output
  • Maintaining a coordinated floor plan of all stock movements/locations within the warehouse
  • Managing inventory within the warehouse and accurately reflecting quantities across our systems
  • Conducting regular inventory stock takes
  • Assisting the studio team with picking and packing customer orders for despatch as required
  • Daily activities that help achieve a clean and safe workplace
  • General warehouse tasks
  • Ensuring OH&S standards are followed
