Bonnie and Neil is a fast growing luxury lifestyle brand and one of Australia’s most popular independent homeware design studios. We are based in Reservoir, Melbourne where we produce unique products for the home which can be found in boutiques around the world.
Due to our ongoing growth, we have several exciting new opportunities based in our Melbourne studio.
Pick Pack / Despatch - Casual
We are looking for a self-motivated, positive person to join our fast-paced studio located in Reservoir for a casual role between 2-4 days per week. This junior role suits someone who is flexible, enthusiastic and keen to be part of a dynamic team. Our Studio hours Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 12pm.
The successful candidate will:
Have previous experience working in a customer service role
· Work well independently but also as part of a small team environment
· Be a clear and concise communicator both written and verbally
· Have an eye for detail
· Be computer literate with a keen interest to learn new programs
· Have the ability to work on a variety of tasks
· Be self-motivated, a good problem solver and adaptable
· Have a positive, can-do attitude
· Be a tidy worker who is punctual, efficient and reliable
Reporting to the management team, key tasks for this role include:
· Picking, packing and shipping online orders
· Collating, packing and shipping wholesale orders
· Responding to enquiries for retail, wholesale and trade customers via phone and email
· Processing customer returns and exchanges
· Assisting the warehouse manager with incoming goods, quality control and inventory checks
· Supporting team members with ad hoc projects including samples and seconds sales
· Daily activities that help achieve a clean and safe workplace
· General administrative duties
