Click & Collect

Our studio will be closed from Tuesday 23rd December until Monday 5th January 2026 so we are unable to offer Click & Collect during this period. 

All orders will be packed as quickly as possible once we return and you will receive an email when it is ready for collection. Thank you for your understanding.

Christmas Delivery

To give your Christmas parcels the best chance of arriving on time, please order by 18th December for delivery within Australia (excluding WA & NT) and by 7th December for delivery to New Zealand.

Update for Our U.S. Customers 🇺🇸

Due to recent changes to U.S. import rules, we’ve had to pause shipping to the United States for now. The end of the de minimis exemption (which used to allow parcels under USD $800 in duty-free) means every order now faces extra duties and complex customs.

We’re working on solutions and hope to reopen U.S. shipping soon. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 days of your order being received by us (during business hours). You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking details via email once your item has been despatched from our studio in Melbourne.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping applies to:

• Australian orders over $200
• New Zealand orders over $400
• International (excluding New Zealand) orders over $800 

Please note free shipping excludes orders with side tables, coffee tables and rugs* which incur an additional shipping fee calculated at checkout. These furniture products are only available for shipping within Australia and can’t be shipped to international addresses.

Shipping rates apply to:

• Australian orders under $200 incur a flat fee of $10
• New Zealand orders under $400 incur a flat fee of $10
• International (excluding New Zealand) orders under $800 incur a flat fee of $50
