The best way to let our team know you would like an item to be restocked is to visit the product page and click on the ‘notify me when available’ button. We will email you once the item is back in stock.

If you have placed an order but have made a mistake or would like to change your order, please contact us via phone +61 3 9384 2234 or email as quickly as possible. We can always accommodate changes if your order has not left our studio. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will need to complete the returns process.

Please double-check your order confirmation has not found its way to your junk mail! 

If you have placed an order but haven’t received any confirmation please contact us at and we will follow up and provide you with an order confirmation.

If you have ordered multiple items but one or more items are pre order / made to order we will hold and ship all together. If you would like an item to be shipped separately, please add a note when you checkout or contact us at

We offer complimentary gift wrapping on all online orders. Please let us know in the notes section of your shopping cart if you would like us to wrap your order and include a note on your behalf.

We offer gift cards in a variety of nominations which can be purchased via our online store.  Once you make your purchase the gift card will be sent to you via email which you can then forward to your gift recipient or print it out at home.

Our studio is located at 62 Plateau Road, Reservoir 3073. We are not open to the general public for click and collect or for viewing products.

Studio opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 2pm. We don’t have a showroom that is accessible to the general public so if you need assistance with product selection or styling your living space please send images to, our team will be happy to help!

If you are contacting us regarding a photoshoot or stylist loan, please provide us with details about the shoot including location, postal address and a list of the items you would like to loan for our consideration.

We offer a discount on RRP on Bonnie and Neil branded products for trade orders. To access trade pricing please send your business information including billing and delivery addresses along with your order request to so we can provide a quote including shipping.


If you love our products and would like to stock them in your store, please contact and let us know your location and the details of your business. We currently only accept wholesale applications from stockists with a physical “bricks and mortar” store, no online only stores please.
