Ordering

I’m having trouble placing an order. What should I do?

If you’re having trouble placing an order, we’re here to help. Please email us at studio@bonnieandneil.com.au or call +61 3 9384 2234 and our team will assist you as soon as possible.

I love a product, but it’s out of stock. Will it be restocked?

The best way to register your interest is via the product page. Simply click the ‘Notify Me When Available’ button and we’ll email you as soon as the item is back in stock.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you’ve made a mistake or would like to update your order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone on +61 3 9384 2234 or email at studio@bonnieandneil.com.au. We’re happy to accommodate changes before your order has been dispatched.

If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to follow our returns process.

I haven’t received an order confirmation. What should I do?

Please check your junk or spam folder first, as order confirmations can occasionally end up there.

If you still haven’t received anything, contact us at studio@bonnieandneil.com.au and we’ll confirm your order details for you.

Can my order be gift wrapped?

Yes, we offer complimentary gift wrapping on all online orders.

If you’d like your order wrapped, simply leave a note at checkout and we can also include a personalised gift message on your behalf.

Can I purchase a gift card?

Yes, we offer both digital and physical gift cards in a range of denominations via our online store.

Digital gift cards are emailed directly to you, ready to forward to your recipient or print at home. Physical gift cards will be carefully packaged and shipped to your nominated address.

Can I send an order directly to the recipient?

Yes, we’re happy to send your order directly to your recipient.

Simply enter their shipping address at checkout and we’ll deliver it straight to them. Please include any gift wrapping or personalised message requests in the notes section at checkout.

For gifting purposes, no pricing information is included in our parcels.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Afterpay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Shipping

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to a range of countries. Shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note that import duties, taxes and charges may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for further information on any applicable fees.

What happens if my order includes a pre-order or made-to-order item?

If your order includes a pre-order or made-to-order item, we’ll hold and ship everything together once all items are available.

If you’d prefer in-stock items to be shipped sooner, please leave a note at checkout or contact our team after placing your order and we’ll do our best to assist.

Please refer to individual product pages for estimated shipping timeframes.

Returns & Exchanges

The product I received doesn’t suit my home. Can I return it?

We hope you love your latest purchase, however we understand that sometimes a piece may not feel quite right once it’s in your space.

We’re happy to offer a refund, store credit or exchange on full-price items returned in original condition within 14 days of dispatch.

Please note that sale items and products purchased during promotional events (including Black Friday and Afterpay Day sales) cannot be returned unless deemed faulty or damaged.

To begin your return, please start your return request here using your order number.

I’ve received a faulty or damaged item. What should I do?

We take great care in packing every order, however if your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’re here to help.

Please submit a return request within 14 days of dispatch using your order number. You may also be asked to provide images of the item and packaging so our team can assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.

Studio

Do you have a showroom?

At this stage, we do not have a showroom open to the general public.

If you would like assistance with product selection or styling your space, please email images and details of your home to studio@bonnieandneil.com.au and our team will be happy to help.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, we offer local pickup from our studio at 62 Plateau Road, Reservoir VIC 3073.

Simply select the ‘Pick Up In Store’ option at checkout and we’ll notify you by email once your order is ready for collection during studio opening hours.

Studio opening hours:

Monday - Thursday: 9.00am - 5:00pm

Friday: 9.00am - 12:00pm

Styling Assistance

I’d love some styling advice before purchasing. Can you help?

Absolutely, our team would be happy to assist.

Please complete our Styling Advice Form and include a description and images of your space, along with any Bonnie and Neil pieces you’re considering, and we can provide styling guidance and product recommendations to help bring your space together.

Media

I would like to feature your products in a shoot or editorial. Who should I contact?

For all media enquiries, including requests for hi-res imagery, please contact marketing@bonnieandneil.com.au.

If you are enquiring about a photoshoot or stylist loan, please include details about the project, shoot location, postal address and the items you would like to request for consideration.

Wholesale Customers

How do I become a Bonnie and Neil stockist?

If you love our products and would like to stock Bonnie and Neil in your store, we’d love to hear from you.

Please complete our Wholesale Enquiry Form and include your store website, social media handles and any additional information you’d like to share. Our team will be in touch once we’ve reviewed your application.

Please note that we currently only accept wholesale applications from businesses with a physical bricks-and-mortar retail store.

I’m a Bonnie and Neil stockist looking for product imagery. How can I access this?

If you require product or styled imagery for your store, please contact us at wholesale@bonnieandneil.com.au with a list of the images you require and our team will happily assist.

We’re also happy to provide styling guidance and product pairing suggestions if needed.

Trade Customers

I’m a stylist or interior designer. Can I access trade pricing?

Absolutely, we love collaborating with stylists, architects, interior designers and other industry professionals.

We offer a generous trade discount along with support for custom and commercial projects.
