ORDERING

If you are having trouble placing an order, we are here to help. Please email us at studio@bonnieandneil.com.au or call us +61 3 9384 2234 and we will assist with your order as soon as possible.

The best way to let our team know you would like an item to be restocked is to visit the product page and click on the ‘notify me when available’ button. We will email you once the item is back in stock.

If you have placed an order but have made a mistake or would like to change your order, please contact us via phone +61 3 9384 2234 or email studio@bonnieandneil.com.au as quickly as possible. We can always accommodate changes if your order has not left our studio. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will need to complete the returns process.

Please double-check your order confirmation has not found its way to your junk mail! 

If you have placed an order but haven’t received any confirmation please contact us at studio@bonnieandneil.com.au and we will follow up and provide you with an order confirmation.

If you have ordered multiple items but one or more items are pre order / made to order we will hold and ship all together. If you would like an item to be shipped separately, please add a note when you checkout or contact us at studio@bonnieandneil.com.au.

We offer complimentary gift wrapping on all online orders. Please let us know in the notes section of your shopping cart if you would like us to wrap your order and include a note on your behalf.

We offer gift cards in a variety of nominations which can be purchased via our online store.  Once you make your purchase the gift card will be sent to you via email which you can then forward to your gift recipient or print it out at home.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your latest purchase but we understand that sometimes, a new piece might not look right in your home so we’re happy to exchange your item for a store credit, different product or refund.

STOCKISTS

To find your closest stockist, please email studio@bonnieandneil.com.auwith your suburb, postcode and any information about the Bonnie and Neil products you would like to purchase, our team will point you in the right direction!

STUDIO

Our studio is located at 62 Plateau Road, Reservoir 3073. If you would like to collect your order from our studio during business hours, choose the pick up in store option at checkout.

Studio opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 12pm.

We don’t have a showroom that is accessible to the general public so if you need assistance with product selection or styling your living space please send images to studio@bonnieandneil.com.au, our team will be happy to help.

MEDIA

Media enquiries including hi-res images requests can be directed to studio@bonnieandneil.com.au

If you are contacting us regarding a photoshoot or stylist loan, please provide us with details about the shoot including location, postal address and a list of the items you would like to loan for our consideration.

STYLING ASSISTANCE

If you need assistance with product selection or styling your living space please send us a description and images of your space to studio@bonnieandneil.com.au as well as any products you have your eye on, and our team will be happy to help to give you guidance or suggestions!

WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS

If you love our products and would like to stock them in your store, we'd love to hear from you! Please complete our Wholesale Enquiry Form, along with your store website, social media handles and any other information you'd like to share and our team will be in touch.

We currently only accept wholesale applications from stockists with a physical “bricks and mortar” store, no online only stores please.

If you are looking for product images or styled product images please contact us at studio@bonnieandneil.com.au with a list of the product images you require, we are happy to provide! 

We are also happy to provide any styling assistance if you are looking for inspiration on how to pair our pieces.

TRADE CUSTOMERS

We adore working with stylists, architects, interior designers and more. We offer a generous trade discount and would love to assist with any custom opportunities you may have. Please complete our Trade Enquiry Form for access to our ordering system.
