Returns & Exchanges

For any return or exchange please:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Please include your contact information, order number and reason for returning or exchanging
  • We will then advise next steps depending on the reason for return or exchange

Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged or required by Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products so we carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Please inspect your order on receipt and notify us of any fault or damage as soon as possible. Once we have received your damaged or faulty goods we will arrange a replacement or a refund. 

Change of Mind

While we hope you're happy with your purchase, sometimes it might not look right in its new home so its no problem to exchange it for something else of the same value. If the product you want to exchange it for is of greater value we can send you an invoice for the difference.  Please note that we don't offer refunds if you change your mind.

Please ensure you choose a trackable delivery method for your return, Bonnie and Neil will not be accountable for any lost or stolen packages.
