Yuzu Bloody Maria
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tomato juice
- 45 ml Mezcal
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp yuzu juice
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- Tabasco
- Celery salt
- Fresh celery stick, cherry tomatoes, green olives and cornichons to garnish
- Tajin and celery salt to coat rim of glass.
Method
1. Coat the rim of a glass with lemon juice, then dip it in the tajin and salt mix.
2. In the glass, add Mezcal, tomato juice, lemon juice, yuzu juice, Worcestershire sauce, tabasco, and celery salt over ice.
3. Stir gently to combine.
4. Garnish with a celery stick and condiments threaded onto a cocktail pick.
