Occasionally, we may run giveaways and promotions as part of our marketing activities. Here you will find terms and conditions for any current competitions or promotions that are running.

Spend & Save August 2026 - Terms & Conditions

1. Spend & Save offer valid online from Wednesday 12 August 2026 until Sunday 16 August 2026. Spend $300 and save $60. Spend $500 and save $125. Spend $1,000 and save $300.
2. Savings are calculated on the pre-discount cart total and applied automatically at checkout once the relevant spend threshold is reached. No code required.
3. Offer is valid on full-priced and sale items sitewide, excluding gift cards.
4. Only one Spend & Save discount can be applied per order. The highest eligible discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
5. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount code.
6. Orders placed using this promotion are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Offer cannot be applied to previous orders.

Zodiac Cushion Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

1. Competition Period
Each Zodiac Cushion Giveaway runs for 7 days from the date the competition post is published on TikTok, unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
• Follow @bonnieandneil on TikTok
• Comment their star sign on the competition post
Entries must be submitted during the competition period to be valid. Participants may enter multiple times by commenting more than once, provided each comment is unique.

4. Prize
The winner will receive:
• 1 x Bonnie & Neil Zodiac Cushion corresponding to their star sign
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
The winner will be notified by a reply to their comment and a DM on TikTok within 2 days of the competition closing date.
The winner must respond to the direct message within 5 days to claim their prize.
If the winner does not respond within this time, a new winner may be selected.

6. Delivery
The prize will be delivered to an Australian address provided by the winner.
Bonnie & Neil is not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided.

7. General Conditions
Bonnie & Neil reserves the right to:
• Verify the validity of entries
• Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process
• Cancel, modify or suspend the competition if necessary
