Promotions

Occasionally, we may run giveaways and promotions as part of our marketing activities. Here you will find terms and conditions for any current competitions or promotions that are running.

Free Gift Wrapping - December 2025

1. This promotion is available on selected styles purchased through our online store during the promotional period. Eligible products can be found in: https://bonnieandneil.com.au/collections/the-gifting-edit and are labelled with "Free Gift Wrap".
2. All eligible items will be gift wrapped individually in our Festive Foliage wrapping paper and green ribbon. Wrapping is included at no extra cost and is applied automatically at checkout.
3. The offer is valid from Sunday 14th December until Monday 15th December, or while stocks last.
4. In the event that wrapping supplies run out, an alternative wrapping of equivalent presentation may be provided.

Napkins Gift With Purchase Promotion - December 2025

Eligibility

• Customers who spend $300 AUD or more in a single transaction will receive one set of 4 Poinsettia Napkins valued at $95 AUD.
• Offer valid for online purchases made from 11-12 December 2025 while stocks last.

General

• The napkins will automatically add to cart once the spend threshold is reached, subject to availability.
• If the Poinsettia Napkins are unavailable at time of fulfilment, a substitution may be made at our discretion.
• Limit of one gift (1 x set of 4 napkins) per eligible order.
• Offer can't be applied to past orders.
• Offer can't be redeemed for cash or credit.
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• If your order is partially or fully returned, the gift must also be returned or its value will be deducted from the refund.

   - Tag three friends in the comments of the giveaway post.

5. Winner Selection & Notification:
   - One winner will be chosen at random and contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official @bonnieandneil account.
   - The winner must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize. If no response is received, a new winner may be selected.

Bonnie will be refunding 1 order every hour from 5pm - 11pm on Saturday 29th November 2025. All customers who place an order on our website during the promotion period will automatically go into the draw. 6 winners will be chosen at random on Monday 1st December 2025 and will have their order amount refunded to their original payment method and be notified via email.
