Our Vinyl Rugs are certified non-slip and durable in high traffic areas but they are not indestructible. Use reasonable care and caution on this product.
To clean, dust and/or mop the surface to ensure all loose dirt is removed. Wipe down with a damp cloth. For a really stubborn job try diluted hand soap and rinse thoroughly after washing.
Don't use dish soap, harsh chemicals or abrasives which will wear off the finish and colours of the vinyl.
Be careful when wearing high heeled shoes and apply felt pads to furniture legs to avoid damage. Clean up spills as soon as they occur to prevent staining.
For outdoor use, allow underside to dry after rain or wet weather conditions to prevent mildew.
These pieces are heat resistant and dishwasher safe although hand washing is recommended.
Place candle on a stable, heat resistant surface, away from draught and curtains. Keep out of reach of children and pets, trim the black end of the wick before each use, do not move once lit, never leave your burning candle unattended and be careful the glass may become very hot!
Always place candles on a heatproof, non-flammable base away from draughts. Trim wick to 5mm before each use, and blow out candle before flame reaches 2cm from base. Do not burn for more than 2 hours at a time. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Not for outdoor use.
Ensure your candle is placed on a heat resistant surface. Due to the organic nature of the candles, they may drip while burning.
Your candle must always be on a heat resistant surface. Keep wick trimmed to at least 1/4″ and free of any black debris or flower.

Sabre Paris serveware should be handwashed. Serveware is not suitable for oven, dishwasher or microwave use.

We offer complimentary gift wrapping on all online orders. Please let us know in the notes section of your shopping cart if you would like us to wrap your order and include a note on your behalf.
We offer gift cards in a variety of nominations which can be purchased via our online store. Once you make your purchase the gift card will be sent to you via email which you can then forward to your gift recipient or print it out at home.
Most of our items are lovingly hand printed in our studio. Due to their handmade nature including our hand mixed inks, slight variations in colour and designs do occur. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. We want to ensure you are happy with the way our products look in your home, so we are happy to offer returns and exchanges.
All Australian orders over $50 are eligible for free shipping. Australian orders under $50 will be charged a flat $10 shipping fee.

In stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of your order being received by us. Please note that we are currently experiencing some delays with our shipping partners. Please allow some extra time for your items to be delivered.
All orders are shipped from our studio in Melbourne, Australia. Our studio is open from Monday to Thursday, so we don't ship orders on Fridays, weekends or public holidays.

If you are based in Melbourne and require an urgent delivery please let us know in the notes section of your shopping cart as we may be able to arrange a same day or overnight delivery for you. However, this will depend on the time you place your order and stock availability.
Returns & Exchanges
For any return or exchange please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be sent a 'return or exchange' form, which will need to be completed and returned to:

While we hope you're happy with your purchase, sometimes it might not look right in its new home so we are happy to exchange it for something else of the same value. If the product you want to exchange it for is of greater value we can send you an invoice for the difference.
Please note that we don't offer refunds if you change your mind. If you do change your mind and don't want to exchange your item immediately, our team will send you a gift card to the value of the item you are returning. You can redeem this credit at checkout to purchase a new item at a later date.

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products so we carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Once we have received your damaged or faulty goods we will arrange a replacement, credit note or a refund.
Our studio is located at 62 Plateau Road, Reservoir 3073. We are not open to the general public for click and collect or for viewing products.
