Quilted/Tasseled Throws

Cold gentle machine wash and dry in shade or warm iron. Please do not dry clean or tumble dry.

Pillowcases

Cold gentle machine or hand wash with gentle laundry liquid, line dry and iron on reverse while slightly damp.  Please do not bleach, tumble dry or dry clean.

Linen

Turn cover inside out and wash separately on cool gentle cycle or hand wash. Do not soak, bleach, dry clean or tumble dry. Iron on reserve while slightly damp.

Cotton Velveteen

Delicate fabric, handle with care. Dry clean only.

Scrape off any visible dirt and debris. Hang the doormat outside and beat it using a broom handle or a similar implement. Use a stiff-bristled brush to clean off any remaining dirt particles.

Abaca placemats 

Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not submerge or soak in water or use harsh clearing sprays, dry thoroughly.

Our Vinyl Rugs are certified non-slip and durable in high traffic areas but they are not indestructible.  Use reasonable care and caution on this product.

To clean, dust and/or mop the surface to ensure all loose dirt is removed.  Wipe down with a damp cloth.  For a really stubborn job try diluted hand soap and rinse thoroughly after washing.

Don't use dish soap, harsh chemicals or abrasives which will wear off the finish and colours of the vinyl.

Be careful when wearing high heeled shoes and apply felt pads to furniture legs to avoid damage.  Clean up spills as soon as they occur to prevent staining.

For outdoor use, allow underside to dry after rain or wet weather conditions to prevent mildew.

Glassware

These pieces are heat resistant and dishwasher safe although hand washing is recommended.

Perfumed Candles

Place candle on a stable, heat resistant surface, away from draught and curtains. Keep out of reach of children and pets, trim the black end of the wick before each use, do not move once lit, never leave your burning candle unattended and be careful the glass may become very hot!

Volute Candles

Always place candles on a heatproof, non-flammable base away from draughts. Trim wick to 5mm before each use, and blow out candle before flame reaches 2cm from base. Do not burn for more than 2 hours at a time. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Not for outdoor use.

Ensure your candle is placed on a heat resistant surface. Due to the organic nature of the candles, they may drip while burning.

We offer complimentary gift wrapping on all online orders.  Please let us know in the notes section of your shopping cart if you would like us to wrap your order and include a note on your behalf.

We offer gift cards in a variety of nominations which can be purchased via our online store.  Once you make your purchase the gift card will be sent to you via email which you can then forward to your gift recipient or print it out at home.

All Australian orders over $50 are eligible for free shipping. Australian orders under $50 will be charged a flat $10 shipping fee.

NZ and international shipping

New Zealand and other international orders over $400 are eligible for free shipping. International orders (excluding New Zealand) under $400 incur a flat fee of $30. New Zealand orders under $400 incur a flat fee of $10

Yes, we offer delivery worldwide. All international orders $400 and over are shipped free of charge, while international orders (excluding New Zealand) under $400 incur a shipping fee of $30. New Zealand orders under $400 incur a flat fee of $10.

In stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of your order being received by us. Please note that we are currently experiencing some delays with our shipping partners. Please allow some extra time for your items to be delivered. 

All orders are shipped from our studio in Melbourne, Australia. Our studio is open from Monday to Thursday, so we don't ship orders on Fridays, weekends or public holidays.

Please note that some items are made to order and have a specified production lead time

To track your order, please use the shipping notification you receive via email once your item has been picked up from our studio.

For any return or exchange please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be sent a 'return or exchange' form, which will need to be completed and returned to:

While we hope you're happy with your purchase, sometimes it might not look right in its new home so we are happy to exchange it for something else of the same value. If the product you want to exchange it for is of greater value we can send you an invoice for the difference. 

Please note that we don't offer refunds if you change your mind. If you do change your mind and don't want to exchange your item immediately, our team will send you a gift card to the value of the item you are returning. You can redeem this credit at checkout to purchase a new item at a later date.

Yes, we are extending our returns window this year to allow for shipping delays and change of mind.

All orders placed for Christmas during December have an extended returns period until the 14th of January.

If you would like to return an item you purchased in December, please ensure it will be returned to our studio by the 14th of January. 

Please note that all sale items are final sale and unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged.

Once your return has been confirmed by our team, please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.

Our studio is located at 62 Plateau Road, Reservoir 3073. We are not open to the general public for click and collect or for viewing products.
