- Gentle machine or hand wash in cold water
- Do not bleach, soak, tumble dry or dry clean
- Line dry where possible
- Iron on reverse whilst slightly damp

- Do not bleach, soak or tumble dry

Outdoor Linen
Outdoor Cushions
- Turn cover inside out before washing
- Gentle machine or hand wash in cold water
- Do not bleach, dry clean or tumble dry
- Iron on reverse while slightly damp
Cotton Sateen
Sleepwear
- Gentle machine or hand wash in cold water
- Do not bleach, dry clean or tumble dry
- Line dry only
- Warm iron
Tufted Cotton
Bath Mats
- Wash separately in a front loader only
- Not suitable for top loaders
- Place inside a wash bag or pillowcase
- Gentle machine wash in cold water
- Do not bleach, dry clean or tumble dry
- After washing, shake to reinvigorate tufting
- Hang between uses to encourage airflow
*Some fibre shedding may occur during the first few washes.
Coir
Door Mats
- Scrape off visible dirt and debris
- Hang outdoors and beat with a broom handle or similar implement
- Use a stiff-bristled brush to remove remaining dirt particles
Jute
Rugs & Mats
- Vacuum regularly using low suction
- Rotate periodically to ensure even wear
- Use an underlay rug pad
- Suitable for indoor use only
- Avoid dragging furniture across fibres
- Trim loose fibres rather than pulling them
Disclaimer
Due to artisanal dyes, some colour transfer may occur if exposed to moisture. If exposed to moisture:
- Remove immediately from contact surfaces
- Allow to dry fully in a well-ventilated area
*Best suited to wooden floors with a rug pad. Not recommended for placement over carpet due to possible colour transfer.
Ceramic
Side Tables
Recommended for indoor use only, as their finished surface may be porous.
- Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth
- Do not use harsh cleaning sprays or abrasive cloths
Plates & Bowls
Due to their handmade nature, slight variations in colour and pattern may occur.
- Hand wash only
- Not dishwasher safe
- Not microwave safe
Brass
Salad servers and teaspoons
- Hand wash only using non-scratch cloths or sponges
Glass
- Hand wash carefully using soft bristle brushes
- Do not stack glassware
