Occasionally, we may run giveaways and promotions as part of our marketing activities. Here you will find terms and conditions for any current competitions or promotions that are running.

Win a Winter Bedroom Refresh – May 2026

1.    Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these.

2.    Entry is open to Australian residents only. Any resident who signs up using their email address and/or phone number during the promotion period is eligible to win.

3.    By entering this competition and signing up, you’re agreeing to join the Bonnie & Neil email marketing and SMS list. Entrants are able to opt-out at any point in time.

4.    Promotion begins at 6:00pm AEST on 20/05/2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31/05/2026.

5.    Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

6.    The Promoter may, at any time, verify the eligibility of entries and entrants (including confirming an entrant’s identity and place of residence). The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, or who tampers with the entry process. The Promoter may, at its discretion, accept errors or omissions. A decision not to enforce any of the Promoter’s rights at any point does not amount to a waiver of those rights.

7.    Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

8.    Bonnie & Neil (as the Promoter) will randomly draw a total of one (1) winning entry which fulfils the requirements of the competition. This is a game of chance. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9.    The Major Prize has been sourced by Bonnie & Neil and will be drawn on 01/06/2026.

10.    The Major Prize is a Winter Bedroom Refresh valued at up to $2,000 AUD, comprising:

11.    Prize items are subject to availability at the time of redemption. The winner will only be able to select from stock available in Bonnie & Neil’s online store at the time they receive their prize notification. No substitutions or exchanges will be offered for items that are out of stock.

12.    The major prize winner will be notified via email from studio@bonnieandneil.com.au.

General
13.    Total prize pool value is up to $2,000 AUD.

14.    The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If the full value of the prize is not utilised, the remaining value will be forfeited.

15.    If the promotion is disrupted or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control – including but not limited to technical issues, unauthorised interference, or fraud – the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and to the maximum extent permitted by law, to: (a) disqualify any entrant involved; and/or (b) subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, amend, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion as necessary.

16.    Any costs incurred in accessing the promotional website are the responsibility of the entrant and will depend on their chosen Internet service provider. The use of automated entry software, or any other mechanical or electronic means that enables repeated automatic entries, is strictly prohibited and will result in all such entries being declared invalid.

17.    Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit, exclude, or modify the statutory consumer guarantees provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, the ASIC Act, or any similar consumer protection laws in force in Australian States and Territories (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including the Non-Excludable Guarantees), the Promoter and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in connection with this promotion.

18.    Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including the Non-Excludable Guarantees), the Promoter and its officers, employees, and agents accept no responsibility and disclaim all liability (including for negligence) for any personal injury, loss, or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising from or in connection with: (a) technical difficulties or equipment malfunctions (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) theft, unauthorised access, or interference by third parties; (c) entries or prize claims that are late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control (including after receipt by the Promoter); (d) any variation in prize value from that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) the use of a prize.

19.    The Promoter collects personal information to administer this promotion and may, for these purposes, disclose it to third parties such as agents, contractors, service providers, and, where required, Australian regulatory authorities. Entry into the promotion is conditional on providing this information. Unless otherwise advised, the Promoter may use the information indefinitely for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, and profiling purposes, including sending emails or contacting entrants by phone. Entrants may request to opt out, access, update, or correct their information by contacting the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

20.    In the instance where the original winner does not claim the prize, a redraw will take place. The redraw winner will be notified via email.

21.    The redraw will take place on 08/06/2026.

• Customers who spend $250 AUD or more in a single transaction will receive one set of 4 Gem Tumblers valued at $79 AUD.

Zodiac Cushion Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

1. Competition Period
Each Zodiac Cushion Giveaway runs for 7 days from the date the competition post is published on TikTok, unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
• Follow @bonnieandneil on TikTok
• Comment their star sign on the competition post
Entries must be submitted during the competition period to be valid. Participants may enter multiple times by commenting more than once, provided each comment is unique.

4. Prize
The winner will receive:
• 1 x Bonnie & Neil Zodiac Cushion corresponding to their star sign
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
The winner will be notified by a reply to their comment and a DM on TikTok within 2 days of the competition closing date.
The winner must respond to the direct message within 5 days to claim their prize.
If the winner does not respond within this time, a new winner may be selected.

6. Delivery
The prize will be delivered to an Australian address provided by the winner.

Free Gift Wrapping - December 2025

1. This promotion is available on selected styles purchased through our online store during the promotional period. Eligible products can be found in: https://bonnieandneil.com.au/collections/the-gifting-edit and are labelled with "Free Gift Wrap".
2. All eligible items will be gift wrapped individually in our Festive Foliage wrapping paper and green ribbon. Wrapping is included at no extra cost and is applied automatically at checkout.
3. The offer is valid from Sunday 14th December until Monday 15th December, or while stocks last.
4. In the event that wrapping supplies run out, an alternative wrapping of equivalent presentation may be provided.
